From our 2nd-night onwards, the hotel's perfect design and eye-catching view made us feel like we were in a world-class Luxury Hotel. The very cozy and relaxing ambiance was loved by everyone, offering comfortable and spacious rooms. However, we had to wait for the heater to heat another set of water due to using too much water. Service from all staff members, including drivers, front desk officers, housekeeping, F&B, and bartenders, was very friendly and accommodating.
